THE BRIEF

Twitter needed to teach advertisers and agency partners how to get results on the platform. The program had to work at scale, across skill levels, globally, without a classroom.
I built the curriculum end to end. Live and asynchronous formats. Research, instructional design, scripting, SME interviews, production, delivery.

 

RESULTS

  • #1 source of leads on the platform.
  • Most-used advertiser education tool.
