THE BRIEF

ZonGuru is a SaaS platform for Amazon sellers. They had content but no architecture: volume without a strategy tied to pipeline. They needed someone to redesign the approach, not produce more of the same.

I led global content strategy with distributed teams across the US, Bulgaria, Argentina, and India. Revamped the content plan, built SEO and visual asset systems, launched localized campaigns for the Australian market, and produced the Seller’s Insights podcast: 21 episodes, listeners in 47 countries.
RESULTS
