MTV Entertainment Studios’ (MES) First Time Directors Initiative was designed to attract the talents of a diverse group of filmmakers, including BIPOC and women filmmakers.
This asynchronous training program was designed to rapidly equip a diverse group of first-time television directors with the essential skills needed to successfully direct their first TV movie, fostering a partnership that enhanced inclusivity and innovation in the industry.
I was Project Lead and Creative Director, architecting, building, and delivering a scalable, self-service online interactive guidebook while leading a team of creatives and Subject Matter Experts to ensure successful project delivery.
